Gather proxy not working

Does anyone know anyother app like gather proxy cause I need it to crack or can you give me a proxy list

18. Load your Proxies.txt and the SocksProxies.txt and also check "Check proxies"
19. Select the Outputfile (Accounts.txt)
20. Press "Start" and wait if it has finished
21. Now you should have a few accounts. If not you should get other Usernames or use the larger password file

im having a bit of trouble so proxy thing isent working and well ive come here to ask if you have another proxy finder or if you have a minecraft account i could use?

it says I has no internet when opens gather proxy
