    Theres also 1 more way...

    Open minecraft.
    Go to task manager
Find java or any game you want to boost FPS
    Right click on it

I have high FPS but I have another problem that I can't figure out it's nature.
Running at lowest graphics and setting power settings to Max FPS I get 120 FPS without any of these things, BUT after 5-10 minutes guess what...my PC MAGICALLY restarts.
Even at lowest graphics and power setting to Power Saver it still restarts after 1-2 hours. I'm starting to think my processor is weak and overheats due to high usage.

Proof that CCleaner doesn't free ram: Piriform - What is CCleaner?
It says that: CCleaner can clean unneeded files from various programs saving you hard disk space
