Nope, it is all automatically.

I think this is problem is maybe the game's problem itself.

Try going to:

Right click steam < library < right click Unturned and then click on 'properties' after that go to 'local files' and then click on "Verify integrity of game cache" to make sure your files are all right.

NOTE: Remember to replace the Assembly-CSharp.dll again with this awesome hack!
