do people who make powerbot scripts use this thing ?

no, this is not a very good program because it uses colours (why is there a red squiggly line under colours... damn Americans) to choose where to click, powerbot and other bots use id numbers to choose what they want to click for example the id for coins is 995 so if you want your bot to pick up coins you tell it to pick up 995. this bot would pick up the colour yellow. I haven't used this before so i can't really judge it but by looking at the screen shots that is what this does.

It's to make a rough bot maybe for Private Servers, and you always can add fail-safes but when you code for RSBots it's way more advanced I wont recomming to use this for real Runescape though just Private Servers.

There's a file missing (I extracted it also) still same error the name of the file is

'Msinet.ocx'

Complete error says

'Component 'Msinet.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

Ether you need the newest Visual distributing files or maybe service pack update.

It's obsolete, as in it's old, outdated, not the newest thing.

Technically it is if your wanting to safely bot runescape.com.

But yes I can see the use for scripting a bot for a private RS server.

Exactly, especially since there's newer stuff that can help you do things like this too, but better.
