Guys I can't play AVA when I got Ban.
I try to join of 3 accounts and can't start AVA. Message tell : Please visit FAQ,or contact Customer Service for assistance.
What can I do to play again AVA? Please help me.

Guys i wanna give you advice - just don't use hacks if you take this game seriously. a lot of people here complaining about getting banned, what did you except? you should only use hacks if you want to try them for fun, you should open new acc and test your staff if you want but never use it on main account. also, never try to farm exp or rewards by using hacks.. it will be useless. it might work at the beginning and you might get big rewards and exp by farming but eventually (trust me, eventually will come) you will get detected somehow and get banned and all your hard work is gone.
so if you planning on using hacks to level up and such don't be suprised if in a few days you are banned. if you take this game serious you should'nt be tempted to play with hacks and play clean, that's the only way, unless you have super undetectable hacks or something like that.

changing MAC address and IP address both and after this opening a new acc of course should make it work

your account is banned, not your mac/ip.

Lol that's not true. You can bypass the hardware ban by using a software called Technitium MAC Address Changer. Just google it.

You can get perm banned and changing your MAC address does nothing.
Also changing your HWID can do nothing. They can find anyway to ban you just by identifying any part of your computer.

5th day, still works good. Been using my laptop to not get my main pc banned. Was using this hack on 2 accs but stopped on my main pc when i read about that u can get ur pc banned. Thanks again Neox

That is the error i get with 3 new accounts.I did repair tool,I used TMACV6 and nothing.
