HAH!! Well this does work, unfortunately it temporarily changes your name to Smelly Pirate Captain. X-D This was on steam so it had to be something with the way the lua is setup. I closed the game and removed the files I put in and my name was back to normal... so Yes it does work but best if only used offline or with friends.

This may be a dumb question, but I'm at a loss. In V12 there was an option in the DEX menu called "bagpacker", which let you carry multiple bags at the same time. This option seems to be gone from V13. Is there a way to accomplish this same thing in V13?

Name: To change your Name press at the Main Menu Num 4 or open Payday2/trainer/assets/userdata and change it manuell!

Not Starting/Crashing: Search and Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2013 (x64) & Visual C++ Redistributable für Visual Studio 2013 (x86). If not working try a older Version like 2010 and CHECK your Windows/Linux Updates!!!!!!!!!

Is it Safe? Online/Solo?: Its fully Undetected! Payday 2 (Overkill) dosnt use VAC or other Anti-Cheat programms! They cant detect you!! (But if you play Online with strangers and use Godmode or something like that other see you cheating its your problem if they report you! Play with friends!!!!)

Extract problems: I dont know why it always say fail...it works for me for other not...try 7-Zip or ignore that!

Bags spawn after press 1 or 2: I know your problem but i dont know how or why it is so. Change the Weapon change button 1 & 2 to Middle Scroll Up and Down!

MSVCP120.dll: Google and download it or use a dll fixer! (same with iphp)

Which is likely located underneath the common folder in your steamapps folder.
