Only works on custom game.. but vsat and other features listed as "online features" works without host.

That is NOT true, you could get VAC ban at anytimes if they detect you cheating.

VAC: They can detect you cheating by checking if you're modifying the game's memory or if they detect you running a known cheat.

TAC: They take screenshots or watch you which I don't know if that's even a thing anymore.

It is, people still get banned all the time. I've seen a lot of game bans but no vacs on bo2 meaning it is still a thing.

I'm not sure what to tell you if you don't know what solo mode is XD, ummm it's when you click "Online" and then click "Solo match", any of this ringing a bell? Is the cheat safe if I only use it there?

Why wouldn't it work for solo mode?? Its made for one person. It doesn't work with multiple people. Don't criticize me if you yourself don't know how cheats work.

I believe he's referring to Custom Game. And the answer is yes, only difference is people don't report you
