Nah - just google "VS 2013 Desktop" and find a different Microsoft link. I had the same problem but my computer updated and it was fixed.

Its SIMPLE, this is a public hack but unless VAC does a major overhaul to implement a counter to randomized offsets, which they haven't since all the coders have to do is change their offsets to update, its up to you if your going to get banned. What am I saying?

Everytime you recompile a new .exe you are updating random offsets and creating new junk code. You are basically updating that hack yourself. This is why its safe to use after updates. I have used this the past week and am now in DMG and played 7 games last night with it. Its very simple, compile it untill it works, Could take like 5 trys, protect it(enigma or VM) and your good to go.

MOST BANS: will be from OW... its easy to detect ESP users, since I partake in OW, since most dont even hide it. So play safe, recompile every couple hours, and your money

Works, alright as of 3:23 AM EST March 8th 2015.

Few problems when re-compiling, once the hack is launched i have experienced it attempting to grab the offsets then crashing on me.
I just kept re-compiling till it worked.

Guys it works i have used it 6-7 times and its fine still no VAC people r saying when i shoot the ESP is disabled that's because you have chose the left mouse button to enable the glow, it happens, use the key 7 or 8 so u no ur not gonna hit it that's what i did.

I got Visual Basic 2013 for Windows desktop and got the path set to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0\VC\bin\cl.exe"
