To explain quickly, got Red Dead Redemption II
Was playing RDO now and ground out 970+hours in online since December, love the game.
2 nights ago someone showed up in my camp with a wagon with a gattling gun on it and said here this is for you and left.
I hopped in the wagon and drove it around for 5 mins or so.. People popped in my camp saw it , I showed them how it killed the animals
near my camp, we laughed I logged off. Received an email the next morning I was banned for violation of R* online game rules.
I invested time, cash for gold bars, and now I am banned for 30 days and getting reset.
I am pissed because I played it clean and by the book, spent cash and was banned for this unknowing mistake.
What can I do I do to unban myself? Do they keep my gold bars? My reset means what?
My RD2R is through Steam if that matters. Can you help me?

Okay so I ordered the Ice Package for my RDO account back in December and everything was going smoothly. Seller was helpful and answered questions I had regarding his services. My issue is that he never actually completed my order (he did start it though) and I've tried to reach out a few times but received no response. I'm not even pressed about the money and hell he could even take as long as he needs to finish it but the only problem I have is that I haven't heard anything back from him. I understand he's probably got a lot of orders to fill and that's no problem but no communication at all is troubling.

Just posting this here in the hopes that we can get this resolved.
