Right now plusops is a crappy alternative, because the server is having problems and is rarely online. If your still having problems though, go to the english part of the plus master forum and there are instructions there to get it installed and working correctly(when there server is working). You do need the dlc's however.

if the website is offline they are doing Updates and more if game server is down then they do Updates.

I could use a little help. For some odd reason sites have randomly decided to stop working on me. Basically it is if their site doesn't exist. I have tried a proxy for all the sites and the sites worked fine. I am sure there isn't anyone else having an issue loading the plusmaster site as I have had multiple friends try it and it loaded fine for them. So I am wondering if anyone has had this issue before and know how to fix it. I really think it is the dns but I have changed them and it did the same thing. So most likely my isp forces their dns on me and can't use other dns's.
