Yep, I'm thinking so, If you have been botting/sniping no matter the program and you are having troubles logging in, catching pokemon, etc, you are PERMA Banned!

help you rename you pokemon because you cant check IV value in game so you can rename it in bot example Snorlax_98(IV) you go back into game will see the 98 beside the name easy for you to recognize

Damn it was running good and now:
looting pokestops works fine but Pokemon keeps running away.
Does this mean im soft banned? Someone reply pls

there are 2 type of new softban now 1. pokestop worked,pokemon fled 2. pokemon can be caught,pokestop not worked
