The savefile is located at %AppData%\local\SummerCamp etc etc and contains your equipped perks and kills for jason. Now this file is semi encrypted to the point where I can see how it is built up but not modify it properly (game freezes)
Now what could this be used for? You could give yourself perks like 9999% swift attacker into your equipped slot, you could have say fireaxe throw kill on part 6 jason, etc etc.
There is a DBD savefile decryptor so it should be possible here!
