Can't see the enemy and Automatic aiming, I can see a few of them far away, but basically I see people who are not shining and passing through walls, and there is no self-sight. I used the Battle Royale(Config.ini)

Is it VAC safe , to inject into the most famous GamingTalkingService (DIS CORD), instead of HEX and second is it VAC safe to run it witohut restarting pc, because now i just stopped Steam from starting up with Winodws and everytime i leave CS and want to play again , i restart my pc. Is this required or i could just close Steam Bootstrapper, Webhelper and other Steam Processes ( i am not quite sure if Steam creates other background processes that are not named Steam , that's why i am taking this safety step). Thanks in advance.
