League Icon Changer (Chinese chibi deku icons etc.)

It works yet. The program just sends a packet saying you changed your icon to the icon with ID X, being X the id of the icon you wanted.

Only useful to get the chibi icons, if you want them. If you ty to change to an icon ID you don't own, LoL will ets you the default game icon.
