What would make you a good candidate: I have past experience of being a moderator at numerous other sites, I've used vBulletin as staff for over 4 years, I am currently a CF Minion which is basically the same thing without the fancy [MPGH] and dark green. I am super experienced in GFX and as a bribe to the admins I can give you FREE SIGS! But really, I'd make a good candidate because I can be mature, handle my job well, not power abuse and act in a civilized manner in which I'm sure you'll look for.

Time dedicated to MPGH: I am home schooled so I spend roughly 14 hours daily (9AM - 11 PM EST) on MPGH year-round.
What would make you a good candidate: I am very experienced in both Crossfire America and Crossfire China. I have also noticed the great increase in spamming, Advertisments, and Viruses in that section and I am willing to get that out of the way.
