It is basically modifying bullet posistion (PlayerShoot packet lifetime and speed) to land on top of enemies,
and it is not patched they just changed the range limit to 9 tiles
Hello, last year the kill aura or "bluetooth" hack surfaced (watch?v=vi5XSBj3KDM). I was always amazed by this and was wondering how it worked behind the scenes. Surely it can't just be modifying bullet positions to land on top of enemies, because that would be... kinda dumb and isn't rocket science to detect server-side (unless rotmg really is so shit).
Usually hacks aren't leaked to randoms publictly like that, though I decided to ask anyway, since it's been long since patched. Asking purely to quench my curiousity and to learn something.
