.rar is a compressed archive format. Everything on this site that is not an image must be uploaded in a .rar (or .zip) format. IIRC OS X does not have native support for .rar extracting, but there are free solutions on the App Store (I personally use Keka).

Aight, I probably should have explained better.

The .swf by itself can't be uploaded here, because rules and blah blah blah. The solution to this is, in a nutshell, you put the .swf in a "box". Said box is the .rar file you download from here. Once it's on your machine, you can take the client out of the box and use it. To do so refer to my previous post.
