you have to stand up and move around now and then.
I am a game lover. I often sit in front of the computer for a long time and play my favorite computer games. Therefore, I often feel soreness in my back, waist, and shoulders. It often makes me miserable.
Is there any good and comfortable gaming chair recommended, so I can feel relaxed even after playing games for a long time.
Thank you all in advance.

Any ergonomic chair would be great, or gaming chair.

Also every 30-45 minutes try to walk around a bit or just something to stretch your legs.
Sit with a proper form/dont game that much
I stand up and get something to eat or drink every hour of sitting. Or just go outside for some time. A comfortable chair is important, but combined with enough rest inbetween is better. Oh and good posture is everything.
play not more than one hour in front of the pc
stand up and go around
buy a better chair
make some workout
it´s up to you
You really need to find a good highback chair with decent back support. I like the mesh backed chairs with the headrests. I have found that regular office chairs just don't offer the support I am looking for.
If you were going to do school work or regular work at the desk look into one of them moveable desks that go up or down, standing up now and then while working on things is good for your body.
aslong as you keep a good posture!
secret lab overpriced.. not worth it.
I have an AK racing overture and recommend it but due for an upgrade now after 4 years. You shouldn't be getting sore with a good chair.
pause game for 5 minutes of every 30 mins, in that 5 mins simplly get up, roam around, then commence the game
I had to fix my posture cause of this thread. Thanks bruv
Also nothing compares to a good ergonomic chair. Used a kitchen chair for quite some time cause I was stubborn about spending money on a goddamn chair.
I'm glad that I made that switch. My back couldn't thank me more
A chair mostly but I often broke them with my big weight so I have to replace them once a year..
