Can I play CRACKED games online with a legit serial key?

Hey,

I have a couple games which I cannot install due to scratches on discs. If I download a game via Torrents and use my old serial key's am I able to play them online?

Also if I was too download Battlefield 3 via Torrent and buy a serial key will I be able to play that online?

As long as you don't install the cracks, you should be good. Most games come in ISO format, which is the original disk + the crack - just install the game, use your own key, patch it, and you should be golden.

I imagine bf3 will work the same... but I must ask... why?

reason ? Well I do it because most scene releases are faster, then I test game and if it's good and want to mp I buy a serial, enter it and can play only with a scene release.

If you have a legit key use it on origin, Redem the key on Origin and download it there.
