GTA V - Modding Service, Just Money / No RP, No UNLOCK ALL necessary.

Dear Group:

First of all i'm kinda sorry if this post it's wrong, it's been a long time since i don't loggin here, and i'm even kinda lost on GTA Tracks...

So, basically what i'd like to do even if it's possible, it's to bring somebody service, giving him my rockstar account which it's linked to XBOX ONE, to see if they can provide this service to my character...

Amount of money would be nice between 1-1.5 Billion.
RP and UNLOCK all stuuf wouldn't be really necessary but i won't care if you do that as well...
By this I DO NOT MEAN BUYING an account pre-modded, I mean to modify my character or even creating a new one to MY ACCOUNT.

I'll be waiting for the services you can offer and willing to accept one of yours...
I don't mean to be disrespectful to all of you as well, but it would be nice if this service can be charged as a pc service...
by this i'll save you time by saying i'm willing to pay from $1 - $9 (Since Dollar currency it's pretty expensive in the country where i live, please condsider that)
Of course all of this if it's even possible to do so.

as i know for now modders only buy accounts and resell modded ones for 300 $ i researched on this situation. this is imposibble what you want.
