Just do exercise and weights.
Fear the old blood.
heavy weights "max" create muscle
where as low weight and more reps create strength
eat a lot and do low reps of max weight
Eat a lot of meat, protein and do heavy excercising routines
Start with dumb bells (light ones to get your form and develop your weak muscles) > body weight > weight lifting. Also you need a lot of protein. Also recommend you cut your fats if you do a lot of protein because excess protein is converted into fat.
Lift heavy weights and eat clean with lots of protein. If you want to gain mass, eat at surplus otherwise deficit for cut.
Start of with body weight, if you don't weigh a lot this is an excellent idea.
Free tip: eat every 2-3hours like 20-25gram protein.
