    How to gain muscles and weight?

    Which order of the exercises are the best to gain muscles and weight?


    Bodyweight then weightlifting?

    Or weightlifting then bodyweight?

    My weightlifting routine involving just my dumbbell and barbell no fancy stuff.

    Bodyweight first, then weightlifting.

    heavy weights "max" create muscle
    where as low weight and more reps create strength
    eat a lot and do low reps of max weight

    Start with dumb bells (light ones to get your form and develop your weak muscles) > body weight > weight lifting. Also you need a lot of protein. Also recommend you cut your fats if you do a lot of protein because excess protein is converted into fat.

    Lift heavy weights and eat clean with lots of protein. If you want to gain mass, eat at surplus otherwise deficit for cut.

    Start of with body weight, if you don't weigh a lot this is an excellent idea.
