I used your older version 1.4.7. today (20 hrs after the release) , but I only used it in the game mode "offline with bots", and only for about 2 minutes. Also it did not work at all.

Is there any chance that I get a VAC anyways?

Nope. The only way you might get banned is if you use the cheat after 24 hours of its release.
