i havent played since patch v.1.0.0.105 so idk what champions are good and which ones got thrown down the shitter such as twitch

so what champions got nerfed in the patches and which ones are still playable?

eve is viable now, garen isn't OP anymore.

I'd suggest checking out the patch notes and figuring it out for yourself. It's the best way to understand what has happened, I don't foresee anyone taking the time to explain who is now UP or OP, who's balanced, etc.. etc.. in detail. This is just such an 'in general' question, also you may not have the same play style as another user here, so taking their advice wouldn't get you anywhere if you don't play like them.

Prime example, New summoner Caitlyn, I have yet to use her. Everyone on the LoL forums seem to complain about every aspect of her saying she is weak, yet EVERY game I have been teamed with a Caitlyn she has carried the whole game..
