Hey people. I was bored and saw a thread about accounts being stolen and no threads on how to get them back so I'll be telling you how to do so.
First off... You're probably reading this because you are a victim of account theft. To tell you the truth, it's YOUR fault. The only reason the theif got your information is from YOU giving it to the person.
Step 1: When the a**hole stole your account and changed the email, you will get an email from Sony telling you that the email of that account has been changed. The offenders email address is floating around somewhere in that email. You just have to find it.
Step 2: Once you have found his/her email, go here
Put in HIS/HER email and the date of birth you put for that account. Next you select reset using your security question. Enter your answer and just like that your password is changed to what you want it to be.
Step 3: Log onto your account using his email but your password. Next go to account setting and change the email to your email. And as easy as that was, you have your account back. (This is worked for me 6 times so if you don't get your account back you're doing it wrong.)
If for some reason this didn't work, PM me or call Sony and have them deal with it. (1-800-345-7669)
See? Wasn't that easy?

Nice tutorial
I will find this useful some day
The email is in the subject of the email
i.e. Your PSN email has changed from __________ to __________
If you call Sony
They won't help you
Gamesharing is probably why you lost it in the first place
And that is against the T.O.S.
But great tut
This is a helpful thread. I did the same thing when I gt fail hacked cept they never changed the email so I just skipped 2 the security question.
What an idiot
lol ik the dude who hacked me waz an idiot. I hacked him back deleted and deleted all his frnds. i also gameshared all his stuff so if his ps3 breaks he cant get his old stuff xD
I know this is old , but still works.
you just need to change your email twice! because he can do the same (he will get an email telling him the email was changed) , so if you change your email again , your 1st email will get that your email has been changed , but not him!
