I don't think so mate, it's not really a game that people are interested in hacking but you find that one of hack

do u know if u put the savegame on usb then on pc , u know if u can change some things that way ?

There used to be a short windows in which you could edit your gamesaves but it was patched quite quickly by polophony digital. I think the only possible way to do so now is to have PS3Xploder or to have a Jailbroken Console

You can google for GTA 5 hacks there are lots of them working right now

too bad GT5 hack doesnt work anymore after the new update... but i think some of the hack still works
