[Help] Downgrade Levels/Prestige

I am Full prestige lvl 70 in AlterIW mw2 but I want to be Prestige 9 lvl 1 and everything is locked + Emblems and Titles.
I 2 unlock hacks and they work, but when I disconnect from game and relaunch it it goes back to full prestige lvl 70.

Anyone help?

It doesn't have the prestige/lvl control thing, just the stats calculator and it just gives information about my gaming performance

He is saying that you should backup your stats and everything so IF you would get in a server you dont want to you can just restore them.

Right now the only way to go back is completely restore your stats and use a trainer to go back up. You can use google or the search button for that.
