If I change my HWID, can I still get banned for ban evasion?

Got banned on my old laptop for using a DLC unlocker a few years back. I'm on a new computer with a new HWID and really want to play the game again without cheating, but I don't know if they can ban me for ban evasion.

It won't be a problem if you just bought a completely new computer.

You should be fine since you're on a new computer and a new Steam account.

You are good to go on a new pc, just dont launch dbd on your old accounts and thats all, get dbd on a brand new account.
