Visual Studio 2010 / Internal and External Hacks

Most of the source I've been searching for uses the 2013 version. Just wanted to ask if it's still possible for 2010 to develop an external hack, or internal just with that support of ProcMem.cpp and ProcMem.h then my code of hacks. I also wanted to ask why an external hack is harder to develop than an internal hack. Thank you!

EDIT: Just found out that the 2013 version supports c++11, and it can be used for another way to code hacks and helps Polyhacks.

Just use 2015 for more C++11/14 features, it has alot more features in general.

But is it also possible to develop ESP Glow with the 2010 version with it's current capability? I wanted to try it there first, if it's not. I'd be downloading another big IDE. xD

Well, internal hacks in csgo are dll's and are injected into the game and they obviously have some differences then to say a external which is just a exe and attaches itself to csgo.
