Nvidia already has this technology, using cloud-computing and streaming
It's called GeForce Now, i tested the beta and its actually very impressive. there is slight input delay because you're playing games off a cloud-computer, but for console/casual users its almost unnoticeable
GeForce Now can basically turn any $200 laptop into a $1300 gaming pc, rendering the game at 1440p with 300fps and max settings. I tested it on Overwatch, For Honor, Tomb Raider, and Destiny 2, pretty cool stuff and it will be available free to the public I believe
