Didn't tested yet but an flying Musketeer seems pretty op for me...
Basically it's a flying Musketeer. High Range, 4 Elexir, Less Health.
Pros:
- Good Range, perfect behind a Tank ( Lavahound, Giant, Golem ect)
- Good to snipe enemy Troops outside the enemy Tower Range
Contras:
- Less health, can be killed instantly from a single Fireball
- Not very much Damage/DPS
I've won the Flying Machine Challenge 12-1 so i unlocked it already. I played a few Grand Challenges to get the Card on a decend Level for my Ladder Deck. Right now i have it Level 10 and i'm succesfully using it in my Lava/Loon Ladder Deck.
At the end i think the Card is OK for most Situations but its defenitly no must have, you can use Musketeer also without having much trouble.
The shadows betray you, because they belong to me.

You pretty much hit the nail on the head it is a flying musketeer with less health and dps but to put things in perspective a flying musketeer is something I would say could fill an important slot in air decks. Just to throw this out there but mega minion is basically sky mini pekka but its lack of health/dmg isn't as bad because of the 1 less cost. I would say this card is going to be pretty strong supporting lava hound as it can peck down annoying units like wizard without being in the aoe damage radius and assuming the enemy wants to stop a hound before it crosses bridge the flying machine would be almost unreachable. That being said I have it lvl 6 and have not used it oustide of the challenge where it won me any game I got it with hound up to 9-3.
