    an xtrap eroor,and i want the solution

    the eroor code file 05-0400-00000000-522
    and says [please close any program{AUTO,CHEAT,DEBUG PROGRAM}and restart the system]
    so i cant open cf please tell me the solution,and i has closed every thing opened in my pc.
