need help with hit locations

hi guys I'm making a realism mod but i cant seem to find the idamage codes for example
if you hit someone in the leg his speed will decrease see what i mean?
i know how to make the event happen but not the way that when you hit a guy in the leg he becomes slow
just the way when you hit him anywhere his speed decreases
(sorry for my spelling i suck at english =_=)

i guess you dont understand i know how to change speed i just dont know how to make it so the speed changes when you get hit in the leg

Search for RWF Mod, was released in this site, he modified that.
