Idea for PS3 and XBOX360 DLC unlocker mod?

Hey guys,

I wanted to give you modders a suggestion for a useful GTA:O mod. It would basically unlock all the DLC from consoles that PC player are unable to obtain. That means the Valentine's day stuff, Independence day and many other ones. You get the point. You activate it, buy stuff from the shops in GTAO and get to keep all the "exclusive" stuff after you uninstall the mod after using it.

How hard would be to code that?

There already is a menu on ps3 that does that its not posted here as we only focus on menus for PC
