Im pretty sure you can...as long as you don't advertise in any kinda way.
Upload the hack to MPGH
Post a virus scan
Post a short tutorial on how to use it
And possibly a screenie to prove it works.

Post Virus scan VirusTotal - Free Online Virus and Malware Scan
Post a screenshot in game with hacks enabled (or a picture of the menu with hacks enabled)
Upload the hack to MPGH.net, do not use outside download links (Ex. No Rapidshit or Mediafuck)
Post instructions on how to run, inject and use the hacks.
Post Credits but do NOT advertise the website.

All in all it takes about 5 minutes =/ Super simple.
