Trouble when making a UCE!!!

I used this UCE tutorial:

Ok, i get to the part where you have to compile the Whatever.sys, and for some reason i get 4 errors and it won't compile! Whereas it should compile 7 files and build an executable. I've been over it again and again but i can't find the answer and i ALWAYS get it. I've tried multiple names instead of Whatever, but it still won't work.
If anyone could lend assistance i would be hugely thankful cheers.

I'm shure you did something wrong. I made also the tutorial and there were no problems. Which version of the cheat engine source code did you take?

After re-reading that... what source are you using?

I have a similar issue (using 5.3 source)

It says:

9 files compiled -1 error
1 executable built

any ideas?

Should only be 7 files compiled and 1 built. Start with a fresh copy of the CE source and start over from scratch.

I must have gone over the TUT about 25 times. I've changed the source to and from 5.3 and delphi one. I've changed the direcory. Tried different names. It's doing my head in!!!!!

I'm going to try it on my brothers computer later to see if that works.
