Works fine.

Maybe your anti-virus is blocking it?
Fire wall blocking it?

I'm pretty sure there isn't a windows 8 version of wpe.

I have every possible firewall down, Im using McAffe And that firewall is down along with realtime scanning and scheduled, UAC and UAP are both off, I dont know what to do.
