This foto was made yesterday after my everyday workout. I'm 14...Height: 1.70 Meters. Weight: 78KG
So what do you think about it? The triceps are waaay more buffed than the biceps but in this photo I wanted to concentrate the strength on both biceps and triceps (and delts as well)

I dont see the big use off getting buff while you`r 14 half off it will go off when your gonna go 16-17 i started while i was 16 and it went amazing but this is 6-10 because your 14.

Looks like a normal arm to me. Lift some more weights and get more toned.
