help! account sold

so i sold one of my accounts 2 days ago and now the buyer is sending me info saying the account is "locked" i've never sold an account before and im wondering what is happening. he sent these 2 pictures asking me to send him back personal info which im not going to do...




any advice would be great...

some new knowledge, someone said i need to recover the account which i tried and still no success? does any1 else know whats going on. when i tried to recovery it sent me an email saying denied. im the original owner of this account for 11+years but its asking for info no 10 year old would think to remember or know. like subscription details and isp when the account was created.
any help would be great. as me and the buyer are patiently waiting. thx

If you cannot get any of the old information from maybe your parents or something, you cannot recover it. Write your details down next time.
