    Question can anyone figure out if this works

    So, their is a game dawntained RSPS(RuneScapePrivateServer) If you never herd then climb out from your rock! Joking but anyways anyone know if the cheat engine speed hacks actually boosts the rng or, anything to help to 1 tick or kill quicker i feel like everytime i use it i get better.. Ima laugh when i find out its just my mind.
