I have had lower back pain for the past 15 years but I have gone to the doctors twice and they say there's nothing they see on scans.The discs are fine blah blah. Its not usually very painful but just irritating. Like when I stand for a long time like in a queue the discomfort gets in.Lately I get it in bed. Whether I am sitting up or lying down I feel the discomfort. Not sure what to make of it but I know I needto seek serious medical attention.
Stretch every day for about 10-15 mins. I would try to get into yoga stretches/exercises.
Foam rolling, Proper Deadlift techniques, it gets better but your form needs to be spot on
watch your technique, and go see a doctor.
lower back is where most of the stress is on, while doing deadlift.
and not taking care of it now, might really bite your in the future.

I have sciatica too. There's actually a numb spot on my left thigh about the size of a softball. My doctor says that trying to find the exact nerve that's getting pinched would be like trying to find a needle in a haystack, so it's not worth trying to fix it unless it gets worse.
Stretching is the only thing that's helped.
Massage seems to work for me, is ''expensive'' but is worth it tho.
I suggest youtubing yoga for beginners and pick one. It's a nice way to strengthen your back, stretch it, and you control how much resistance you're putting on it.
nothing is worse than lower back pain, after that comes leg pain
you need to get stronger abs and longer back so u wont have these problems
