I have them both and up to date. just tried to reinstall, said that i got them both. Idk why it's still giving me the error though.

Just extracted the cheat into a new folder and copied the msvcr100.dll file with it and tried to launch it. this time it gave me an error saying "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application" Guess i just won't be able to use any cheat with C++.
