You cannot be unbanned if you are permanently banned

yes if you got banned by autoban system there is no way ... but you can still write a ticket to z8games

If it's blocked from a chargeback, you can pay that and unlock the account. If it's blocked for hack, not much you can do.

If it's blocked for a hack, just call up Z8Games and tell them your account was hacked and while they were on it, they used hacks.

(And never hack again on that acc...)

You need to think that they would highly doubt it because when they log your ban, your IP is logged with it. When you send a support ticket, your IP is logged with it. So it may not work. But it is worth a try.

And there is no way to retrieve a permanently banned account. Once it is banned, it is banned.
You could try sending a support ticket about apologizing for your actions, but that only works once in a blue moon.
