Hi! Definitely what you are doing sounds healthy, as long as you are eating at an appropriate calorie deficit for your goal weight and current height.
I don't think many people use this section anymore but for the ones that do: I just lost 15 pounds in 2.5 weeks from calorie counting. But I quite sure it's not healthy even though I'm still eating a balanced diet with greens and meat and stuff. Just need some tips on healthy weight loss.

Eat as much natural, raw food as possible, boiled, healthy. Get rid of sugar, emulsifier, additive, industrially treated food which is full of sugar and hidden sugar and more.

let me tell you this
no matter how much you train
if you dont eat in calorie surplus, you wont gain weight (you'll burn fat and create muscle) which makes u look slimmer
second, if u dont eat in calorie defict, no matter how much you train again, u wont lose weight
some people stay on calorie Maintenace and train to gain muscle while Buring fat
some do bulking phases then cutting phases
so yeah, weight is all connected pretty much to ur diet, not ur train how much u sleep or what u eat, its all about calories
your diet can be healthy, not healthy, green, only meat, doesnt matter, its all about the calories
for health, most nutrition's recommend to have at least half of ur diet in carbs
I gained like 10 kilos after I postponed my training.
You're on the right track brother. As long as you're getting enough macronutrients and are in a 200-300kcal deficit, you're on the right track.

You can get multiple health benefits from planks by trying one of the following challenging variations, which contains more muscle groups at the time of exercise, improve heartbeats, and but obviously burns more calories.
Forearm plank
Reverse plank
Walking Plank
Side Plank
Alternating Arm and Leg Raise
