Do compiled autohotkey scripts get detected?

As the title states. Does anyone know if punkbuster, tzac, or any other anti cheat for that matter detects it?

I'm guessing not because compiled as [randomname].exe is a completely random process and if you (for example) want to use a no recoil script it alters it on a system level and it doesn't mess with the cod4 process right?

Well, in lets say if i made a AutoHotkey script for reducing (not bringing it down to 0%) my recoil while firing, it wont get detected, because basicly its a macro right?

if u make it .cfg and exec it no ull not get banned(i think ;p) at least when i use other scripts i dont
