Is it possible to unlock a 'Non-K' cpu?

Wondering if its possible to unlock it or perhaps give it as much of an OC as it can go , I've bought a good CPU cooler and needing to know if it can be OC'd at all any help appreciated

You may not be able to unlock but you can OC it a fraction of a bit. Here's some info:

IIRC the non-K chips can be OC'd up to 4 bins (4x100mhz) above their maximum turbo speed. So a chip that turbos to 3.1GHz could be turned up to 3.63GHz.

Probably depends on how many the cores te computer needs to use but I assume all cores would be Turbo'd
