Bonus of eating spicy food is that you handle heat better. I absolutely despise summer, not only I sweat like a pig, but human spawns are 10-100x. But since I started eating spicy it's improved tenfold.
I try to incorporate these spices into my daily meals. Some already fit into the breakfast cereal, others clearly into the dinner.
- Cayenne pepper
- Turmeric
- Ginger
- Cumin (cumin)
- Mustard seed
- Cinnamon
- Black pepper
- Rosemary
They stimulate metabolism, promote combustion, bind carbohydrates and much more. I am not a doctor and you surely can google the details for each.
I also reduce salt and wheat flour.
Do you also think that some spices have a measurable effect on the utilization of nutrients?
