When I Start my MW2 it says Cheat detected

When i start my mw2 is says cheat detected ?

is it my own fault or can i do anything about it ? and yes i hacked

You need to rebuy the game or buy a new CD-Key and make a new Steam account.

You can also try a crack, but cracks don't work 100%
