Because I'm lazy and don't know any mods/admins here (maybe you can PM one and tell them about this). Besides, all the mod/admin needs to do is check the IP of "TheWarZseller", "f683221533c4dfdefb95b1371", and "Fredol7". They all share the SAME IP.

On TheWarZSeller's sales thread HERE, you can see "Fredol7" vouching on his own thread saying "Bought one 15 $ and he is not a scammer".
