-Load a cross from image
-Change Crosshair Postion
-Change Transparent

You know what he means. And imo no crosshair bigger than 30px is good. Good old cl_crosshairscale 4500 in source is the best /

Note: A crosshair cannot be patched, since its not game releated.
Its an external application, but it can be lowered unther the game slef, so you cannot see your crosshair, but its patched.
Corsshair (very populair long time ago) is still undetected
