I used to be fit, exercising every day but I have slacked off now. Eating and drinking junk certainly is not good for me but I am curious how you exercise and how many days a week?

Used to go running every day but now it's like once a month.
I run a mile at the local elementary school track before I go to school each day, and also 100 push ups in the morning and night.

I've very into fitness so I go 6x per week but 3x a week is fine.
I go workout 5 times a week
I try to go at least four times a week... Ideally, I go every day.
I swim 6 times a week and occasionally go to the gym with friends (like once every week).
(I'm a competitive swimmer)
I do a half hour to 45 minutes of calisthenics everyday. I feel pretty good
5 days a week M-F then i try to stay active on the weekends as well
It depends on the period and on the program but now I'm going 4xWeek
